Recruitment Associate
Job Description
Summary
We are looking for an associate recruiter to join the team at Impactgreat. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be hardworking, dedicated and committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Responsibilities
•Sourcing candidates using various search methods and techniques.
•Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
•Search for US based citizens or green card holders who qualify for vacant positions
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
•Liaise with the senior recruiter to provide job openings to you.
•Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing screenings.
•Design, develop and manage job postings and job descriptions for our clients. •
Take charge of job offers and negotiate employment terms.
• Manage the new hire process, the over all interview and selection process.
Note: all screening, hiring and selection process should be done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in related field
•US based citizen or green card holder preferred
• 2 years of working in the recruitment field preferred •Effective communication skills both in writing and orally •Strong organizational and interpersonal skills •Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
•Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
•Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
•High-energy and passion
•Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
Benefits
Note: This role is commission based. You earn your commission only when your candidate you presented is successfully employed after 90 days. Commission per candidate employed is between $500 to $1000. The Associate Recruiter are encouraged to work continuously to continually earn a commission.
